he objective of this research is to design and implement a collaborative work strategy based on computer tools (or the cloud) in the Press and Protocol office of the Municipal Government of Barrancabermeja, which is based on the need to streamline the contents of reports, news and other documents that should be worked in groups, to incorporate the contributions of professionals from different perspectives, contributing to the implementation of the action plan developed in this unit. In the methodology used, the guidelines of the mixed approach were used, since part of the diagnosis was applied to the staff by applying a survey, compiling the quantitative data, but also in the group work the narrative interviews were important at the time of the training on the use of This technological tools, which was implemented and could be made a later evaluation, on the advantages and conveniences of google.doc as a collaborative work strategy, allowing finally to gather the experience to develop the user manual for the application.
