Resumen
The world economy is mainly based on non-renewable energy resources such as coal, oil, gas and uranium. At present, the dependence on oil reaches 46%, from coal to 27% and gas to 17%, which makes the total dependence on fossil fuels reaches 90%. One of the main arguments that justifies the change of strategy in favor of renewable energies is the growing environmental degradation of the biosphere, especially the increasingly evident threat of climate change and the risk in nuclear plants and waste management radioactive On the other hand, in the course of the last two decades, the use of oil and gas has intensified, and its reserves begin to decrease rapidly, its extinction being calculated in the middle of the 21st century. Solar energy is one of the sources of energy supply more friendly to the environment and therefore is an interesting option compared to conventional energy. It receives the name of solar energy that comes from the direct use of the radiation of the sun, and from which heat and electricity are obtained. The heat is obtained by thermal collectors, and electricity through photovoltaic panels.
