This document exposes the investigation carried out to one of the business units of the second most representative company in the Valle del Cauca region, which is immersed in a process of domain extinction, through which it is intended to demonstrate the limited scope of the labor law and the accessory-like or secondary connotation it has during the imposition of precautionary measures, presenting with evidence in the socioeconomic impact of the region the affectations in the employment relationship of the workers of the Agronilo company of the Grajales Hermanos group in the municipality of La Unión Valle del Cauca, prior to the measure (2004) and during the first 5 years of the disposition to the Dirección Nacional de Estupefacientes (National Narcotics Directorate) in which the most significant changes in employability in the region were evident.
