The purpose of this systematic review is to describe the psychological effects and triggering aspects in children and adolescents during confinement due to the pandemic, in this review it was found that Covid 19 generated significant changes in the world population due to the isolation that forced families to reduce the development of daily activities with a particularly vulnerable population, such as children and adolescents, it was evidenced that the predominant effects in the investigations are anxiety with 71%, depression 46%, disturbed sleep 36%, irritability 32%, produced by factors such as the emotional state of parents and caregivers, which determines the transmission of emotions, the change in the regular and periodic way of carrying out activities, stressful routines with virtual education, limited space at home, the lack of physical activity in the open air or wide spaces, I take the minors to a marked seden tarism coupled with increased screen time, which triggered various effects. Anxiety with 60% as the most prevalent effect in research, affecting the psychosocial development of infants.
