The purpose of this project is to carry out a mobility study at the intersection of Carrera 33 with Calle 34, Unimeta sector in the city of Villavicencio, because this sector is part of the downtown area of the city, a high demand for vehicular flow is generated. , vehicular gauging will be carried out at each movement or intersection in which it will allow us to present an alternative low-cost solution by implementing adequate signage and solving service levels in the part of traffic light times to adapt transit times and mitigate vehicular congestion. that are generated, the proposed design based on the 2015 road signaling manual issued by the national road institute (INVIAS), implemented a modeling in the VISSIM road design application.
