Resumen
The objective of this systematic review of the literature was to analyze the factors that exist between criminal behavior and the consumption of criminal substances in adolescents, in such a way that delinquency is described as a form of social maladjustment and when this behavior occurs, a challenge is given. society itself and its rules of coexistence. The facts and conditions that lead to delinquency are multiple, hence we can affirm that delinquency has a polyform origin, the concept of juvenile delinquency obliges us, above all, to establish two terms: 'delinquency' and 'juvenile', in addition to see in its fair dimension what leads an individual to be qualified and characterized as a delinquent. (Sanabria, 2012). With the above, adolescents consume for different reasons; some only make use of drugs for their immersion in certain scenarios and environments, or from a specific objective; others abuse them and exceed their use intentionally or unintentionally and a small fraction are dependent, and in these cases, any daily activity is affected. Adolescence is a critical period for the development of experiences of drug use. It is worth distinguishing between the use and abuse of certain drugs depending on the degree of social exclusion in which the person involved lives (Valbuena, 2018)
