This paper deals with a phenomenon of vital importance in the school environment, which has multiple repercussions in circles of social and family interaction, has directly or indirectly influenced the student, giving rise to other effects within the student's life and modifying the climate school in educational institutions. Although the changes produced by school transitions are recognized, in general there is no structured action plan for dealing with them in schools, and in some cases the strategies are limited to the frustrating description of situations, without generating an alternative that allow students to feel motivated and recognized by their new context. The purpose of this research is to establish the relationship between school transitions and conflict in sixth grade students, to create a different sensitization proposal than the one usually handled by the José de San Martin educational institution. Consequently, an innovative plan was created, which is expected to contribute to the prevention of the escalation of conflict, healthy coexistence and good treatment in the sample group of grade 603, and thus generate awareness processes using the gamification elements.
