This article aims to validate the hypothesis (H1) the variables of emotional and organizational type such as hiring, time of professional practice, degrees in which he teaches and hours worked per month is related to the appearance of Burnout syndrome and Hypothesis (H2) the Burnout syndrome in teachers affects the teaching-learning processes of students, since the positive bond between teacher and student cannot be established. The research methodology was with a quantitative, correlational and transversal approach and whose results obtained suggest that the two assumptions were confirmed as true, since it was possible to demonstrate the correlation of the appearance of Burnout symptoms versus the organizational variables, also, these levels affect the learning processes in a group of students who lost some subjects or had grades below the usual average.
