“The business sector in Colombia has been increasing, according to figures from the Single Business and Social Registry (RUES), which collects information from the country's 57 chambers of commerce, between January and March 2021, 96,431 companies were created, 9.3% more than the same period of 2020, when the figure was 88,248 productive units. Of the total of new registered companies, 75.4% correspond to natural persons and 24.6% to companies; of which (99.6%) is made up of micro-enterprises, followed by (0.38%) by small companies and the rest are medium and large companies with (0.02%). This means that despite the pandemic and constant closures in the first three months of the year, 96,035 micro-enterprises have been created. Asmar, S. (April 26, 2021). This business plan for the creation of a civil engineering construction and consulting company, based in the Municipality of Paratebueno Cundinamarca, seeking to meet the needs of the state sector, contractors, companies in the construction sector and individuals, providing a quality service, efficiency and easy access to the population, which currently does not have an alternative for this type of company in the local market. The feasibility of the business plan is carried out based on market, technical, administrative, legal and financial studies for the creation of the company.
