A company is an organization of people and resources that seek to achieve an economic benefit with the development of a particular activity. Companies are one of the fundamental bases for the development of a society, they contribute to the production of goods and services in addition to generating jobs, promote the use of technology and favor human progress in relation to self-realization. In Barrancabermeja we find small and medium-sized companies that contribute and support the economy. When carrying out the recruitment and selection process, an employer looks for skills such as leadership, creativity, communication skills, dedication, and initiative to attract the necessary and suitable personnel to fill the vacancies. Within an organization it is important that there is a highly qualified staff to carry out the functions that are indicated, the ideal is that they work as a team since when people interact around a common purpose the result is successful. The objective of this project is to propose tools to be able to evaluate the relevance of the occupational dynamics of the Business Administration program of the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia campus Barrancabermeja from the perspective of entrepreneurs. To this end, the research question is the following: Does the Business Administration program of the Colombian Cooperative University of the Barrancabermeja headquarters adapt to the needs of the district's entrepreneurs?
