Technology became an ally for the improvement of organizations, this is evident in the area of human resources with the implementation of software, which contributes to the selection and recruitment processes, as its method of filtering and selecting profiles more in line with job offers, decreasing hiring times, in the processes that the HR area. In this way, it manages to achieve productivity when it comes to meeting the established objectives, which leads organizations to be more competitive and productive. It also seeks to find the possible solutions for an adequate automation in the selection and recruitment process; this in order to discover the best profiles for the organization and the optimization of the selection process of candidates, as some organizations are still traditional, leading to an increase in the required staff. To explain this new innovative process in the company begins a thorough review by searching for different articles that relate to the topic to be addressed and how companies currently perform their recruitment and selection processes; is based on scientific articles published from 2015 to 2022 and it is possible to collect substantial data in relation to the variables to be treated and achieve an adequate performance in selection and recruitment processes that achieve simplify the process of hiring.
