Educational psychology is the application of psychological concepts in learning environments and aimed at people of all ages; making use of the fact that one of the functions of educational institutions is to provide guidance in the integral formation of its students, in the social, family, personal, affective, sexual and even vocational aspects, which have influenced to carry out effective actions for the improvement of Some of the aspects directly or indirectly related directly to the fundamental rights, duties and responsibilities based on the Law of Childhood and Adolescence and simultaneously making use of the Transversal Project of the institution in the formation of Sexual Education, serve to strengthen concepts of self-care , belonging, self-recognition, among others. This issue becomes important since being minors they have the right to know not only about sex education, but also take into account the rights and duties that protect them and how the family, society and the State They are obliged to protect them from any harm to their person, contributing to a healthy, harmonious and comprehensive development and the full exercise of all their rights.
