The present feasibility study for the creation of a producer and marketer of products made from Pork Pellet in the city of Neiva, aims to make a diagnosis in the snack sector of the city, and give a projection and impulse to the innovation of a product that is gaining strength year after year in the snack sector1, implementing the creation of a company that will be the producer and marketer of products made from pork skin, not only to obtain economic resources, but to support the generation of jobs, helping to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of the city of Neiva. The methodology of this work was to begin to carry out trial and error practices to perfect the process and durability of the snack from the skin of the pig. In addition, to know the product in the market, direct surveys were carried out on potential consumers in the possible distribution channels, which confirmed discovering not only the acceptance of people to the consumption of this type of product, but also the economic profitability of concentrating efforts in this nature of business. It was possible to reach the conclusion that it is necessary to promote innovative projects in the appetizer or snack market, which allow investigating the environment and the current reality in order to promote the creation of companies that meet the needs of the consumer population. and at the same time promote investment in this type of business aimed at a specific sector.
