Resumen
The objective of this research was to determine the factors associated with Burnout Syndrome that affect nursing staff during the COVID-19 pandemic, through a narrative review carried out in a period of 6 months, where it was possible to demonstrate the working conditions of the staff of nursing, the levels of burnout syndrome in relation to its dimensions of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal fulfillment and the different measures taken by health institutions in the face of burnout syndrome during the Covid 19 pandemic. The results obtained show that there are various factors which lead to suffering from this syndrome in nursing personnel, these can be identified as unfavorable working conditions that imply high demand and work overload, long hours, lack of supplies, lack of personnel and feelings of powerlessness in the face of a new highly contagious disease or disease. In conclusion, health personnel must be committed to themselves and use and put into practice the different tools provided by the health institutions where they work, so that they can better cope with all the adversities that their work entails, provide solutions and thus be able to provide users with support and safe and quality care.
