Arthroscopy is characterized for being a good diagnostic test and surgical technique in locomotor system damages, which has generated great advances at therapeutic level, helping in the elimination of osteochondral fragments derived to the lesion. Objective: To describe the casuistry of the most frequent articular pathologies treated by arthroscopy and joint injection and infiltration techniques, by means of goldic medical devices in equines. Design: A qualitative bibliographic search was carried out, making a review in the literature of scientific evidence that analyzes and identifies information of selective and critical character before investigations of joint pathologies in equines and their relation with the use of arthroscopy. Results: It was identified during the different scientific articles exposed within the research that the use of arthroscopy in early stages of the disease and due to trauma or, by secondary formations, provided by secondary diseases such as infections, present an effective and safe recovery, avoiding long-term side effects. Conclusion: It can be indicated that the technique of arthroscopy in diagnostic procedures and therapeutic protocol, has benefited joint injuries in horses, using the management of enriched serums and medical devices such as Goldic that help in a synergistic way the immunological processes of recovery, establishing homeostasis effectively, less painful and in less time.
