Resumen
In this study, a 6-story light warehouse building proposal with mechanical pathologies is analyzed, using as a reference a fictitious structure for academic purposes located in the city of Bogotá DC (Colombia). The structure is analyzed in three different stages: the first stage, the building is as built in 1978 (healthy state) and its behavior must be known through a modal analysis; The second stage involves the evaluation of damage to the structural elements of the building, to know their behavior, after being subjected to changes in rigidity and capacity, "in accordance with the classification of damage in each of its affected elements according to the report of identified damages, to obtain a final diagnosis; ”(Cardozo Mejía, Pulgarín García, & Villada González, 2021) the third stage consists of a verification diagnosis in the structure, analyzing its behaviors, after making a reinforcement proposal through which its capacity, rigidity and displacement will be corrected , so that the whole set is structurally and economically functional in time, with its due preventive maintenance periodically. Finally, all the calculations, plans, solutions and recommendations are presented for their reinforcement, through an academic research process, in order to be aware of their significance and conclusions in the analysis of results.
