A five (5) month old canine patient who is admitted to the clinic due to an increase in the right eye presenting exophthalmia, because he was injured by the nails of a cat, for which he is taken to another veterinary clinic on The treatment received was an eye drop presenting resolution, as a sequel, opacity was observed in the eye, and eight (8) days later there was an increase in the eye. For this reason, he was taken to the All animal solution veterinary clinic, where diagnostic tests were carried out including a blood count, digital tonometry and exploration with ambient light. The definitive diagnosis was Glaucoma secondary to uveitis. Dorzolamide treatment which serves to lower intraocular pressure (IOP) and the homologous serum has characteristics similar to those of the tear as a substitute for the tear, provides substances that stimulate the repair of the corneal epithelium such as growth factors, vitamins and polypeptides, Elizabethan collar , and other medications such as Flurbiprofen and Tobramycin, the patient recovered after ten (10) days, the importance of monitoring the accident until its complete resolution is conclude.
