Crucero Oil service S.A.S. is a company created in 2018 in the municipality of Sahagún Córdoba which is dedicated to the activity of manufacturing metal items for structural use in the region, which is projected to be the leader in the development and creation of metal products for the structural use of the region based on innovation, product quality and excellent customer service as well as environmentally friendly procedures, wanting to develop an important contribution to the economy and growth of the region, within the which has an economic activity which is the maintenance and special repair of products made of metal and their elaboration, welding activities, surface preparation and application of paint, preparation of engineering plans and development of works for the oil industry, offering services such as design and the development and installation in operation of pipes, ducts, vessels and tanks of all t ip or. This research sought to generate a solution from the contribution of theories of human talent to the different companies in the region as well as to the cooperative university of Colombia through the possibility of generating documents based on information collected from the research, which will serve to the community as well as research, with this research project it was possible to design an operating manual for the company Crucero Oil service SAS which would improve the performance of the collaborators of 7 Crucero Oil Service S.A.S. this organization. This will be achieved through the identification of skills and needs that require the metal sector to establish the functions that must be developed through the company, being essential the implementation of strategies that allowed the creation of a manual with functions for the worker who can be more competitive in the achievement of their tasks, in search of the maximum potential of the workers, achieving it through training, organizational development and the sample of skills for better job performance, this is a descriptive research which has a qualitative approach which allows to achieve a systematic analysis of information focusing on the population of the 9 direct workers of the Oil service company, what is presented in this company allowing the construction of a proposal for the functions manual of the company Crucero Oil service SAS
