Resumen
The proposal that students initiate in their Degree Project in the second semester of the year 2021, lies in developing a communication and impact strategy that supports peasant producers and the entrepreneur in the achievement of their objectives, through the achievement of new strategies that allow the commercialization of said products without the need for outsourcing. Solidarity markets has as a type of economic activity the tertiary group where its main function is the commercialization of the products of our farmers and producers in the country whose objective is to exchange these with the people at a favorable price for all, generating economic movement for the agricultural sector and giving confidence in 100% healthy and good quality products. The Solidarity Markets initiative is a space destined within UNIMINUTO to offer organic agricultural products, which seek to promote responsible consumption, within students and residents of the sector. The basic products of the family basket are grown by peasant families who become the protagonists of this space, valuing their work. Here and Now of Uniminuto Radio spoke with Dr. Adriana Chaparro Professor of the engineering faculty and Natalia Vásquez, project manager, indicated that they hope to sell 2.5 tons of food, always guaranteeing availability to the entire public.
