The creation of a company boosts the economic growth and competitiveness of the country; That is why it is so important to promote entrepreneurship, however, a very frequent problem in companies (new and old) is that they run the risk of disappearing in the short or medium term, which weakens the competitiveness of a region. For this reason, the aim is to know the economic and financial situation of the company STF Group SA-company dedicated to the manufacture and commercialization of clothing for women and men under the Studio F brand-, through a detailed analysis where the degree of efficiency of the strategic financial management of the company, which allows a better vision of the financial situation of the organization during the years 2018 and 2019, as well as the different changes that occurred from one period to another, through a comparative that allows effective decisions to improve the finances of the company. To achieve this, a practical in-depth seminar methodology in financial management is used, which is summarized in the management of short and long-term assets, analysis of financial structures and cost of capital, liability management, financial risk management (financial risks). and financial variables in the international context. With this research, different strategies and ideas were identified that can be implemented to achieve the fulfillment of the goals that in turn allow the improvement and growth of the company STF Group S.A.
