This business plan is focused on a technological process based on the use of social networks for the dissemination of the Divino Store virtual store, the store is characterized by the fact that it person its products to the client's taste, in particular the t-shirts, the process of Sales are made virtually through social networks, where the applicants of this product interact, in this communication process they request their own model of t-shirts, without having to choose in another store models and budgets that accommodate what they looking for. This Divino Store innovation aims to launch a store on social networks whose innovation generates lucrative benefits, thus avoiding the costs and expenses incurred in rental payments and daily mobilization to a physical store. As a work methodology, surveys were applied to 100 people and interviews to 3 people. The information analyzed from these instruments made it possible to visualize a business plan, since it is based on the construction of a market study. As a result, a business plan and an organizational structure are obtained based on the implementation of an electronic sheet where a financial plan is evidenced. As a conclusion, it can be said that the DIVINO STORE store on social networks is for public use, with a business plan that allows obtaining a better organization and a favorable profitability display through the use of the financial plan.
