During the development of the business and solidarity practice, the characterization, management and satisfaction of citizens who enter the office of the Urban Manager of Ibagué is carried out as degree work, it was carried out under the framework of the "Guide for characterization of users of public entities ”developed by the Ministry of Information Technologies and Telecommunications through Government Online in 2011, The type of management carried out in the entity and their degree of customer service satisfaction are identified. The results are detailed by means of the application of the surveys in the entity from the citizen service office allowing to identify, to know the perception of the user about the Urban Manager of Ibagué. The information collected serves as input for the design of strategies in the formulation of guidelines and activities that allow the improvement of the institutional offer.
