This work seeks to permeate the academic reality of teachers, insofar as it proposes the development of a research project aimed at strengthening and implementing didactic tools for the transformation of virtual classes, providing new perspectives of digital platforms in the education, its evolution and integration as mediators and facilitators of the teaching-learning process that is currently being lived, as is well known, the arrival of the covid-19 generated a change in the way of teaching and learning for many, since for not stopping the training process was continued through virtual classes, which today in many institutions is maintained despite the alternation; Within this process, it was evidenced that for many teachers the implementation of information and communication technologies was not so simple and the pedagogical resources with which they mediated the meetings sometimes lacked meaning, attraction and interest and in turn for the students. students were a radical change in the appropriation of knowledge, attention and concentration among many other factors that allowed the teaching process to be transformed and altered. Hence our proposal to build a diploma for teachers, which facilitates and promotes intervention didactics using digital platforms, allowing meetings to be close, didactic, practical, and experiential, promoting learning from platforms close to students, appropriating the feeling of belonging and closeness together with the appropriation of new knowledge for the teacher, which allows him to continue in the construction of knowledge by acquiring new practices.
