The first job is one of the great challenges faced by young university students, this challenge has not only been from this decade but forever. However, as the years go by formally establishing a job, it becomes a latent problem, since despite the fact that academic training may exist, an average employer does not seek to employ a professional who seeks salary conditions as a professional. This systematic analysis of literature seeks to establish a contextual approach to this occupational panorama for the graduates of the 2019-2020 period of Business Administration of students from the Cooperative University of Colombia, delimiting through the implementation of a mixed methodology the determination of the participation of the job occupation of the graduate the categorization of the labor field of a company administrator and the identification of the factors that the organizations of the municipality of Villavicencio take into account when hiring a Business Administrator in the period 2019 and 2020 of the Cooperative University of Colombia. In this way, it is expected to contribute to the study of the labor market in Colombia, to supply and enrich the background of research in this field and to establish a contextualization of the working conditions of graduates for the promotion of university labor support programs and the implementation of strategies focused on this problem.
