Frutihelado is a business idea in operation since August 2014; Its start-up was motivated by an innate sense of entrepreneurship of the owner Marcela Aragón, materialized with a little research on the Internet and following some recommendations from friends who are not very knowledgeable on the subject. His slogan has been "because happiness is also found in flavor and freshness". The vision that led the owner of "Frutihelado" to start this project has always been to have a factory, with its own brand and points of sale. for the production and marketing of soft ice creams and slushies. Thus, the Mipyme began activities in the municipality of Espinal, as this is an intermediate city, with lower investment requirements and a low index of commercial saturation; managed to locate in a place in the center of the city and preserves the following characteristics: since its inception it has been open to the public, seven days a week, from 2:00 p.m. at 9:30 p.m .; Schedule chosen according to the behavior of the client and the commercial conditions of the town, previously observed; the premises have an approximate area of 16 m2, in which a RAINBOW machine and a CI talsa machine are located. Finally, this Frutihelado Mipyme has been taken after having studied the business network, finding that it requires a strategic process by which it will analyze the situation of the company, finding its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, applying the Strategic Planning model for Mipyme of professors Mg. Carlos Dussán Pulecio and Dr. Humberto Serna Gómez in such a way that adjustments are achieved that allow this company to adapt to the market environment and compete supported by its differentiating element.
