The Political Constitution of Colombia conceives the Right to Health as a fundamental Right in connection with the Right to Life, it is a human right of universal protection. Based on the same methodology established in the framework project carried out by the researchers and co-directors of the University of Santander and the Cooperativa de Colombia University in its section of Bucaramanga, a descriptive study was carried out in which the Colombian legal system regarding regulation and jurisprudence was revised. seeks protection and safeguards the fundamental right to health, in children and adolescents with Neurological Development Disorder in its TDI and ASD typology. Together with the statistics obtained by the main researcher and the co-researcher, it is allowed to establish the conditions of the families of children and adolescents with Neurological Development Disorder in their TDI and ASD typology and to specify how the socioeconomic conditions of the families affect the possible violation of the fundamental right to health of minors.
