Resumen
Thanks to the great technological advances with which the human being today, the studies of the hydrographic basins and the collection of information on these, turns out to be easier than long ago; Through these means, knowing the hydraulic and hydrological behavior becomes a simple task and even more, in the creation of plans for the ordination and management of hydrographic basins (POMCA), in this case specifically those of the Aracataca River basins. , Rio Sevilla and Rio Frio belonging to the department of Magdalena; which are covered by the body called CORPAMAG, which is in charge of the development of this management tool in each of the department's watersheds in Magdalena, which are very useful as a result of the floods that have occurred in recent years. . In this article, it is exposed that what the resolution 1907 of 2013 says about these plans for the ordination and management of the basins, in this way, to understand what said document is aimed at and together with historical data since 2010. When observing the behavior of these basins will be able to achieve a total articulation where THE POMCA, as a management document of higher hierarchy, achieves that the information presented there helps to avoid the risk of populations affected by heavy rainfall at certain times of the year, subsequent flooding of the rivers and evident flooding, due to a lack of knowledge of the inhabitants and the lack of union between the territorial ordering of these populations of the Magdalena.
