This work allows us to publicize the different experiences and learnings that were acquired during the organizational academic practice tour, that is why we intend through this work to publicize not only the process that was carried out within the organizations, but also the needs identified, the protocol to be carried out, the intervention process and the results. Organizational practice allowed us to use tools acquired from a theoretical academic process, to identify problems that required a process of psychological intervention, which is why, through application tools such as the battery, it was possible to identify different psychosocial risks that afflicted patients. the collaborators of the organizations, hindering the work process, well-being in the worker and even in their performance at the time of carrying out the activities, that is why an intervention process was carried out in which through the creation of modules it was allowed carry out a process of promotion and prevention of psychosocial risks. These modules allow a process of education, identification and prevention to be generated, which is why they are aimed at all workers of the organizations without discrimination of race, sex or hierarchical level, allowing every individual belonging to the organization to access these informative and dynamic courses, thus the psychosocial risks will decrease, and a favorable work environment will be generated for the collaborators. Therefore, in the present work, terms such as teamwork, the identification of stressors, emotional intelligence and the process of active breaks are handled, all with the intention that the worker is identified as a fundamental piece for the construction and advancement of the organization, that is why it is allowed to recognize that the care of it is as important as the institutional achievements. Likewise, it is important to mention that one of the work tools for the systematization of practices was the process of scientific evidence, which allowed us to address issues from recognized authors and articles focused on psychosocial risks and emotional intelligence, themes that were the basis for our intervention process with organizations.
