The health emergency generated by Covid-19 has produced different impacts on organizations worldwide, causing the alteration of the climate structure and business culture and producing the management of new processes aimed at the vindication of the paradigms that lead to the creation of new scenarios. Therefore, it was sought to identify the research carried out in Latin America in reference to the influence of the covid-19 pandemic on the climate and culture of organizations. The study was carried out from the qualitative method, consisting of a literary review that allowed the analysis of a total of 21 academic, theoretical and completed research documents. The results indicate that Peru is the country with the highest rate of publication and the approach has been given from the quantitative approach of a descriptive type because it is a relatively new subject and is constantly being studied due to its impact on society and the sector that most frequently investigated is the area of health, business, education and telecommunications. In conclusion, it is distinguished that the organizational climate and culture in times of pandemic has created new procedures aimed at claiming the paradigms developed on the organizational structure, human resources and labor strategies.
