At present, business failure is a problem that has been recurring globally, considerably affecting economic growth and development; However, there are business organizations that, through proper articulation in their practices and strategies, have remained successfully sustainable companies over time. In the present investigation, the practices and strategies designed by the companies Walt Disney, Goldman Sachs Inc and Coca-Cola were evaluated, under a descriptive approach and a type of mixed investigation. In the first objective, a SWOT matrix was developed for each of the companies, allowing to generate a qualitative business analysis, through the impacts and barriers generated by economic, environmental, business scenarios, the various conjunctural changes, strengths, opportunities and other business strategies. In the second objective, quantitative variables were established in order to evaluate the financial situation of the company, the mobilization of resources and the impact of its financial ratios in the years 2019 and 2020 and finally in the third objective, a contrast of the corporate strategies was carried out. and competitive, in the face of business sustainability. As a conclusion, it was evidenced that the three companies over the years maintain a missionary approach and philosophy based on organizational culture, constant innovation and continuous customer satisfaction based on the creativity of services and new products, and that there are practices and strategies in common that they can contribute to the achievement of business sustainability in any type of company.
