Virtuality in commerce is one of the most used strategies today, in fact, such strategies are increasingly common, in the case of the venture NEW FASHION STOREE was created on February 14, 2015 as a small online company, selling 3D handbags to give a touch of vanity to women in the city of Cúcuta norte de Santander, aspiring to be known in the different neighboring municipalities and departments. In the month of May for the year 2018, it had such a boom that it grew to the point of becoming a wholesale micro-company, making its way into the national market. Its social objective has always been to contribute a grain of sand to low-income families, with gifts for the Christmas season. In his career he has focused on maintaining the same efficiency and innovation in order to attract the attention of more interested parties, and compensating the need of the family nucleus, being constantly at the forefront of his competitors in this type of marketing. It is also worth mentioning that the business approach is based on offering a product through a collection that provides versatility and excellent quality in the marketing process, likewise what we want to achieve with it is to make it grow nationwide by being a recognized virtual store providing an online catalog; including some changes to the current operating conditions of the company and each of the areas that make up the company. Through the design of the strategic plan which will generate the redirection of the company, bringing it to the scope of the proposed objectives.
