Resumen
Documenting the preventive maintenance plan of a company requires certain aspects for its pertinent compliance. Starting with the detailed identification of the equipment by means of life sheets and technical sheets, in addition to a rigorous inspection of the current state of the machinery and equipment, getting to schedule the preventive maintenance of each machine or equipment by means of control panels. The useful life of a machine or equipment depends on the way in which the intensity of the work is carried out. Overworking a piece of equipment and / or machine implies certain consequences, such as the wear of a belt, deterioration of the fuel or air filter, saturation of the engine oil, the fracture of a shaft, among others. Preventive maintenance basically arises from the need to be able to satisfy, on the one hand, the requirements of the clients and, on the other, more specifically, the basic requirements of the equipment and / or work machinery, which are understood in the production systems and / or services. The lemis methodology basically exposes a way to structure a preventive maintenance system in an organized and detailed way. It clearly and concisely describes the maintenance requirements, this translated as lubrication, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation and safety activities. All in order to structure and standardize the preventive maintenance system.
