Knowing the current state of the ENERGÍA & POTENCIA company, we proposed strategies that go beyond having a simple mission that tries to motivate and engage staff in the search for a sublime goal. The strategies and plans must be built from the base, with the participation of all headquarters seeking to clearly define the objectives and goals of the company. Organizational processes should allow adding value and enabling learning, oriented towards the internal or external customer. Simple and fluid processes, well known by all those who have a relationship with them: suppliers, executors, and as already said, customers. Structures will have to be increasingly flexible and in line with strategies, with the hierarchical levels necessary for information to flow in an agile manner and decisions to be made by those who correspond in a timely manner. Finally, when updating, designing and implementing the manual of functions by competencies, it is intended that all people have the ability to pursue the objectives and goals set, that they love the change of information, teamwork and that they wish to permanently apply it in situations real information about the company, turning it into true knowledge and generating value from it. Conceptualize the manual of functions by competencies depending on the position analyzed. Reconstruct the position profile of each area of the Energy & Power organization. Suggest the different activities and strategies to achieve an organizational culture and teamwork for the satisfaction of human resources.
