Fenalco seccional huila, is one of the organizations that is governed by the policies of Fenalco nacional. Which is committed to the occupation of the quality management system, since a service is provided, but it does not have a standard or requirements that guide it towards its administration and control through the quality management system. That is why in this work the documentation of the quality management system is delivered, carried out through professional practice. In the professional practice carried out in the federation of merchants Fenalco sectional huila, it was sought to comply with the policies of Fenalco national and in turn provide an organizational structure documenting the quality management system under the guidelines established in the international standard iso 9001 version 2015, in which the process approach is used, which incorporates the phva cycle (plan, do, verify and act) and risk-based thinking. 15 the phva cycle ensures that the organization adequately manages its processes and that they have the necessary resources for proper execution, in addition to pointing out the possibilities for improvement. In the professional practice carried out, the quality management system was documented, managing to direct the processes of the organization and understand the organizational context in which it is located and thus use the tool of the international standard iso 9001 version 2015 to the fulfillment of the needs of the clients, leaving as deliverable of this practice the documentation of the quality management system under the requirements established by the iso 9001 version 2015 standard.
