The purpose of the research that was carried out was to design and apply the performance evaluation of the employees of a company in the commercial sector in Cali, as a tool that will allow the relevant and sufficient results to be obtained on the management of the employees, in order to establish the necessary intervention measures according to the results obtained and the needs for improvement that are presented in the results. In order to satisfactorily design the performance evaluation, a review and analysis of the load profiles was carried out, as well as the review and exploration of the decisions previously designed and executed, so that after this review, the construction of the Measurement instrument that will evaluate the management of the company's collaborators based on their specific competencies for each category in which each load was classified. In the development of the research, a mixed-cut methodology was used, where a bibliographic review is carried out that will collect the necessary information to proceed with the design of the measurement tool, after the design of the intervention tool, this is reviewed, validated and audited by expert judges who gave their endorsement for it to be applied in the sample and finally obtain the necessary results to generate an intervention proposal according to the need for improvement that arises.
