The association of cooperatives and solidarity companies of Huila - asocooph, is a union organization that represents, promotes and integrates the solidarity economy entities of the department of Huila, under the precepts of the universal doctrine of cooperativism that encompasses the three great concepts such as equality, freedom and solidarity. Asocooph was founded on January 12, 1992, for which it has carried out for more than 25 years a work of representation, training and cooperative business leadership in the region, being recognized for its leadership and transparency not only by the associated organizations belonging to the solidarity economy, but also for those that are for profit. According to the change that society is going through, organizations belonging to any of the sectors of the economy have been called to modify the way they provide their services or sell their products, in this way it has been necessary to use tools and strategies capable of contributing to the discovery of actions that provide solutions to the different questions or disagreements, thereby achieving the peace of mind of the clients or 17 associates they have. Among the most used tools, is the iso 9001 version 2015 standard, which guides the documentation and implementation of a quality management system. These are nothing more than a set of interrelated elements of an organization or that interact to establish policies and processes to achieve improvements in relation to the quality of the products, services provided or its processes. According to the above, in the following work the quality management system for the association of cooperatives and solidarity companies of huila - asocooph was documented, under the guidelines established in the standard iso 9001 version 2015, in which the scope of the same, the quality policy and objectives, the different processes that asocooph develops with their respective characterizations, the competence and functions of the staff, the risks faced by the association in addition to the strategies for the prevention and control of the same and the corresponding improvements for the maintenance of the quality system.
