This work describes the development of the balanced scorecard or bsc (balance score card), together with the benefits of its implementation; the strategic integration of the bsc in management management can make a difference compared to other "traditional" management systems, with this the organization can monitor and measure the quality, environmental and health and safety at work with the that has certification and recent audit carried out by the certifying entity.
