Administrative processes are made up of a series of stages that make it possible to achieve the institutional objectives proposed by each company. It should be noted that in this work the processes of the telecommunications companies Claro and Movistar are investigated and analyzed. This type of processes is characterized by being continuous, i.e., the cycles are repetitive. They are divided into two main phases: mechanical and dynamic, the first of which consists of planning and organization, while the second focuses on management and control. The general objective of this project was based on knowing which are the administrative processes implemented by the aforementioned companies in the municipality of Arauca and characterizing the main elements that manage to generate great value at departmental level. In order to achieve this, a qualitative methodology was implemented, since the processes of the two companies were categorized, allowing a comparison between them, especially in the market and sustainability strategies they use. It is worth mentioning that the most relevant processes of the two entities are: commercialization, production and innovation, since these make the strengths and weaknesses of the companies involved in this study visible.
