Resumen
This research work starts from the question about the approaches that have been made in previous investigations on the influence of Fake News in Latin America, the United States and particularly in Colombia, and its contribution to the compression of information-news by new users in the digital environments associated with the news in general and will be developed with the following proposal, recognize trends in post-truth research in Colombia, the United States and Latin America that will help provide a preliminary sweep in the Fake News environment. Which is addressed as a qualitative-focused documentary analysis, which enables knowledge of the views offered by authors and collects this data in a data log. It should be noted that in most of the authors examined who talk about Fake News (Post-truth) are of European origins and very few are of Latin American origin, apart from highlighting that the exercise of promoting and publishing the Fake News are involved social and information networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and WhatsApp), and traditional media are losing credibility because of these events. On the other hand, Fake News is not native to 2016, but is popular since that year thanks to the us presidential election and the Uk’s exit from the European Union. We can also emphasize that the world Fake News at the Ibero-American level does not exist in research, but does relate to the words Post-Truth and Fake News. Moreover, the use of the word in political activities is the main way of feeding bias in verifying information for followers of a political ideology.
