Psychopathy is a disorder that has gained relevance in mental health studies in recent decades. Being a phenomenon that negatively affects not only the sufferer but the individuals around him, preventing its appearance is of utmost importance for professionals of psychology and psychiatry, in addition to educators, since it is a genetic condition affected by social elements, it is possible to detect it in infants and young people from certain traits. Based on a systematic review, this document seeks to define the emotional and behavioral predictors that can lead to psychopathy in the infant and youth population. The results indicate that emotional insensitivity and previous behavioral problems are the most common, as they occur at an early age, and in well-defined patterns.
