Document the SGC quality management system, based on the parameters of the ntc iso 9001: 2008 standard in the accommodation services at the rosales boutique hotel in the city of Neiva. Document the operating procedures that ensure that the operations and activities of the organization are carried out in accordance with the operational criteria determined by it, and thus avoid deviations from the quality policy and objectives.
