The objective of the research is to implement a Digital Learning Object to improve skills in trigonometric reasons using the WhatsApp social network with tenth grade students from the Piedra de León Educational Institution (Sotará-Cauca). For which, a quantitative study was developed with an applied methodology. The collection of the information required for the study was obtained through; interviews, observations and surveys, which actively involved the student body and the community in general. In the implementation of the Digital Learning Object, it was established that using technological tools for Teaching-Learning are an alternative that must be taken into account in order to improve skills in mathematics and other areas of learning. From the study carried out at the Piedra de León Educational Institution (Sotará - Cauca), it can be concluded in a general way that, The Digital Learning Object used to improve trigonometry skills in tenth grade students, is a didactic mediation proposal that establishes the foundations of how to involve technology in the Teaching - Learning processes; but it also seeks to generate reflection on our educational practices.
