In the cooperative university of Colombia, Bogotá headquarters, in the computer rooms belonging to block 15 of the 39th street headquarters, the need has been identified imperative to substantially improve the scheduling system of these rooms, taking into account the current drawbacks in terms of the lack of availability, crossing of schedules of different subjects in the same room and discretionary allocation management by monitors, there is no direct control, there is a lack of an adequate system of occupation information, usage statistics and there is no automated management control over the use of computer equipment found there.
