HOMEVET - mobile veterinary clinic: is a provider of specialized veterinary services and home supplies for pets; offering a rolling service, together with the use of digital tools as a differentiating factor The number of pets grows day by day and due to this increase, new needs are generated for pet owners, due to the daily routine and hectic modern life, where spaces work make it difficult to allocate time, hence the need for an even more personal and easily accessible service is created, in this way HOMEVET seeks to be a company that is interested in providing traditional veterinary clinical services and going beyond in an innovative way, Being a completely mobile service, the clinic goes to the place where the client and their pet are, offering the vet and the client to analyze various influencing factors on their pet in their usual means of interaction, complementing the veterinary clinical service by offering assistance with needs and behaviors of different types of companion animals; That is why it offers petshop in its offer, it also has digital means to offer virtual consultancies from anywhere the client is, thus having a digital market to offer products at home, however its main differentiating factor is its complete mobile veterinary clinic, with an operating room, imaging room, laboratory, office and petshop, being a unique business model in Bucaramanga and its metropolitan area. This business plan describes the business model in depth, analyzes the market, the competition and at the same time performs a financial study about the economic viability of the business, resulting in a profitability of 52.13%, a NPV of $263.819.809, IRR of 52% and a utility of $ 421.135.483. These results show the feasibility of the project from a financial point of view.
