The purpose of this study is to describe the social impact of new business ideas in times of the Covid -19 pandemic. This theoretical study is based on authors such as Rodríguez (2020), (Jansen et al., 2007), Edison Jair. (2011), Izquierdo (2020), De Jaime (2016) Robbins (2005), Sparano, H. (2014), among others. The study methodology is documentary with a non-experimental design and in the same way transectional or transversal. The information was obtained through the filing technique and bibliographic records as an instrument. Regarding the results of this research, it was obtained that Covid.19 generated a great social impact which influenced new business ideas, thus implementing business models based on digital transformation. It is concluded that despite the coronavirus crisis, new ideas and business models were implemented, therefore people knew how to reactivate their economy through different digital tools and it was recommended to continue implementing more well-executed ventures or business ideas since the Entrepreneurship favors the implementation and development of business initiatives.
