Technological advances and globalization that the world has experienced in recent times have generated a change in the vision of organizations regarding the way of carrying out their activities, creating awareness about the importance and priority that must be given to the human resources, and the need to acquire, enhance and retain the talent of its employees. Considering the above statements, the current research work has the fundamental objective of proposing a plan to improve the organizational climate of the Montessory Educational Institution, with which it is expected to contribute to the improvement of the quality of life and encourage the motivation its collaborators; To achieve, the importance of the organizational climate for both the employees of a company and for the efficient operation of the same is studied in the first place, secondly, a diagnosis of the level of satisfaction and commitment that the employees have is made, to recognize the dimensions that can be improved; Finally, actions aimed at increasing the level of satisfaction, commitment and job performance of the institution's employees are determined, using the control tool Balanced Scorecard. The project was oriented on the quantitative research approach, through which the registration, compilation, tabulation and analysis of the information obtained in a Likert-type survey that was applied to the employees of the institution, was carried out which allowed to recognize their degree of motivation, satisfaction and commitment to her and the variables that interfere in her quality of work life
