The intention of this project is to determine the Strategic Direction for the organizational growth of the Yuna Bakery in the city of Santa Marta. Important authors such as Dess & Lumpkin (2003), Johnson & Scholes (2001), Serna, H (2014) among others are evidenced for issues in relation to the objectives. The type of research used was documentary, with a non-experimental and transectional or cross-sectional design; The information was obtained using the filing technique and bibliographic records as an instrument. The results show that the strategic direction of the YUNA bakery is not adequate, with poor management and application of action plans, despite this it is recommended that it is of vital importance that it focuses on the definition of the mission, the vision and the values taking into account that this is the basis for defining an efficient strategic direction. In addition, it will be possible to find in detail the description of the strategic direction as a fundamental axis in the management, the stages of strategic control and the proposal of the SCORECARD-CMI BALANCE for the YUNA Bakery in the City of Santa Marta.
