The characterization and evaluation of pedestrian mobility is quite deficient in the Colombian context, taking into account that most of the proposals to improve and provide a good service to vulnerable road users are not relevant, reducing their importance for a excellent quality in the area of mobility. This booklet shows an analysis of the impact generated by making the proposals to improve pedestrian mobility and therefore vehicular mobility a reality, a project located in a sector of the city that includes Avenida Ferrocarril between streets 19 to 44, where carries out the diagnosis of the conditions which are quite precarious and its results confirm it, this problem makes the city find itself in very poor conditions in terms of the road and pedestrian network, generating detriment to the public heritage that is for the benefit of all . Taking into account the above, it can be highlighted in this primer that the greatest achievements will be achieved by making this proposal a reality, joining forces with all the actors involved such as the government and its entire population, generating opportunities, economic income and excellent quality of life.
