In this project, a diagnosis was made of the single-use materials in the containers, packaging and packaging used in the restaurants that are part of the central area of the municipality of Madrid Cundinamarca, therefore, the use of single-use materials is a active threat to the environment, and implementing strategies such as green logistics is necessary, because it responds to the social sense of mitigating adverse impacts on traditional practices as reflected in restaurants, the fact of reducing or replacing containers, packaging and single-use packaging, by friendly materials as expressed in this research, whose raw material is cellulose, which in one way or another has less impact on the problem of the irrational use of said products.
