The problem that arises in this study is to know the factors that make up the organizational culture and identify the strengths and weaknesses of the culture in different entities, therefore the main objective was focused on analyzing the organizational culture in large world companies in the cases Google and Apple; that allows the identification of the success factors of these companies in their management of human talent. For this, descriptive research was used since it is presented by several expert authors in the concept of organizational culture and in how different companies are applying it in the workplace to find a good organization, starting from the definition, the history, the concepts, research and, finally, an example of the organizational cultures carried out by the companies Google Inc. and Apple Inc. Finally, tables that identify the key differences and similarities about the cultures of these entities, trying to deepen the relationship with the organizational culture between them. In this way, you gain a deeper understanding of why there are actions that reveal specific changes and strategies to implement in your organization.
